Centrallia 2010: Global Business to Business Forum |

The Agence Nationale et
Internationale du Manitoba (ANIM), in
conjunction with the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce, cordially invites
you to Centrallia 2010, a global business to business forum. On October
20-22,
2010, more than 500 small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) from more
than 20
world economic regions are coming together in Winnipeg, Manitoba,
Canada, to
explore new business partnerships. In addition to businesses, there will
also
be chambers of commerce, economic development agencies, and government
trade
representatives. |

Matchmaking Mission to Singapore International Water Week |

The Milwaukee
Water Council, in conjunction
with the World Trade Center Wisconsin, is leading a business mission to
participate in Singapore International Water Week 2010 from June 28 -
July 2.
Under this year's theme, "Sustainable Cities: Clean and Affordable
Water", the
event will address efficient and cost effective solutions to water
problems in
a constantly changing environment. The International Water Week boasts a
wide
variety of networking events, water expos, conventions, business forums,
and
presentations aimed at celebrating the great achievements made in the
water
world, as well as showcasing the most innovative and dynamic
technological
water advances. |

Trans-Pacific Partnership Negotiations Continue in San Francisco, California |

On
June 14, 2010, the USA engaged in the second round of negotiations for
the
Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) agreement in San Francisco, California.
The TPP
is a free trade agreement which focuses on the economic integration of
dynamic
markets in the Asia Pacific region and is aimed at expanding U.S.
exports,
creating and retaining American jobs, promoting new technologies in
emerging
sectors, and integrating American and Asia-Pacific production and supply
chains. In addition to the United States, the six countries involved in
the
negotiations are Singapore, Brunei, Chile, New Zealand, Australia, Peru,
and
Vietnam. |

Each networking event will last two to three hours long and be lead by a
