Rob McIntyre is the Branch President of The Horton Group’s Milwaukee operations. His duties involve sales management, prospect solicitation and client servicing. Rob is also responsible for coordinating client support services and enhancing insurer relationships.

Rob began his career in 1984 with Wausau Insurance Companies working in direct sales and sales management. In 1993, Rob joined Frank F. Haack & Associates as a Property & Casualty producer, later rising to the rank of Senior Vice President.

Rob holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Northern Michigan University and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh. Rob has also earned the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designations from the Insurance Institute of America, and the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation from the National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research. He is also a member of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA).

Rob resides in Menomonee Falls with his wife, Ann, and children Andrew, Molly and Abigail. Rob coaches youth sports, plays basketball and golf, kayaks, reads historical novels and spends time at his family’s cabin on the South Fork of the Flambeau River in northern Wisconsin.
